1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Keyorax (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.

2. Use of Platform & User Accounts

You may use Keyorax as a guest visitor or registered user. Registered users must provide accurate and truthful information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

3. Transparent Property Reviews Guidelines

Keyorax enables residents, renters, buyers, and community members to share authentic feedback on residential and commercial properties. By posting a review, you agree that:

• Your review is based on authentic, first-hand experience with the property.
• You will not post defamatory, abusive, unlawful, or false statements.
• Property managers and owners may publicly respond to your review or flag it for administrator review, but property managers cannot unilaterally delete negative reviews.

4. Property Listings & Management Accounts

Property managers, owners, agents, and brokerages may manage single or multiple property listings from a single business account. Managers must provide accurate pricing, availability, and address details. Uploaded CSV data must comply with copyright and data integrity standards.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

Listing information, reviews, and match percentages provided on Keyorax are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of third-party external links (Zillow, Realtor, Apartments.com) or property descriptions.

6. Governing Law & Contact
